Peru has such a long and rich history dating back to more than 10,000 years. You read that right, ten thousand years. Many know Peru for the mysterious Inca city Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The greater mystery today is culinary: Why isn't Peruvian food more popular?

Starting April 1st, the Pasadena Certified Farmers' Market will be open every Thursday at an additional Pasadena location: Robinson Park at 1081 North Fair Oaks Avenue. The market will be timed for late-afternoon and on-the-way-home-from-work shopping, from 3:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
