Nonprofit Buys Pasadena Multifamily for $4.5 Million

Trust Sells 46 Units at 1267 N. Hudson

Abode Communities purchased an apartment complexon Hudson Avenue from the Gene Andro Separate Property Trust for $4.5 million, or $97,826 per unit.

The three-story multifamily building at 1267 N. Hudson Ave. consists of 24,828 square feet. It was built in 1971 and consists of 46 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property was damaged in a fire. The sale price reflects a discount based on the damage sustained to certain units. It was vacant at the time of sale.

The buyer is a nonprofit firm that specializes in building and managing affordable housing communities.

Lee Ho of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the seller. Robert Dixon of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
