2013-2014 Community Workers Visit New Horizon Lower School

Community workers visited New Horizon School (NHS) Lower School on Friday, May 16. They began the day with a assembly called, Rock the Planet from the Environmental Defenders to learn about everyone’s role in caring for the planet. Students then had the opportunity to learn from different working professionals (police officer, fireman, chef and dentist) about their role in helping the communities and cities.
