Actress Patti LuPone and Actor Joe Mantegna Visits St. Francis’ Les Miserables Cast and Crew

The cast and crew of St. Francis High School’s spring production of Les Miserables welcomed two very special guests on stage this evening as the student actors and actresses made their final preparations for the show’s opening night on Thursday, February 26, 2015. Acclaimed Actress Patti LuPone visited the Dagheri Performing Arts Center to encourage the young men and women who will be performing in the St. Francis High School Visual and Performing Arts presentation of Les Miserables. As an accomplished actress with years of experience on stage, Ms. LuPone urged the students to continue pursuing their love for performing arts and provided some words of wisdom for the group. In London, she won the Olivier Award for her performances as Fantine in the original production of Les Miserables. Consequently, she was also able to share her experience in Les Miserables with the students. A great evening for everyone involved!
