Assumption School 8th Annual Gator Jog-a-Thon
Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary School will hold its annual 8th Annual Gator Jog-a-Thon on Thursday, October 16, 2014.
Key Points:
• Class T-Shirts- The Jog-a-Thon will be selling class color t-shirts! Keep your eyes peeled for flyers heading home.
• No Entry Fee – All students participate by running, walking, or jogging in this health conscious, school-wide event!
• Optional Fundraising – 100% Credit! Students have the opportunity to collect pledges from sponsors for a fixed amount or a per-lap amount. 100%of the jog-a-thon sponsorship money collected by your child goes toward meeting your family’s annual fundraising obligation!
• Back by Popular Demand – Both the boy and girl in each class that runs the most laps are eligible for medals!
• Awards & Prizes – Students are eligible to win the “Most Laps” medals, fundraising prizes, and the 8th grade spirit award.
Students are requested to keep their eyes out for informational packets and sponsor sheets. These will be sent home with the child in the next few weeks. Happy Training!
