Pasadena Christian School 5th Graders Explore Nature and History at Crystal Cove Field Trip
Pasadena Christian School’s fifth-grade students recently enjoyed an educational field trip to Crystal Cove and Crystal Cove State Park earlier this month, combining outdoor exploration with hands-on learning. During their visit, students toured the El Moro Visitor Center and Ranger Station, where they viewed fascinating exhibits featuring taxidermied wildlife such as cougars, prehistoric animal bones, preserved reptiles, and collections of sea shells. A park ranger also led an engaging presentation about local animals and habitats, giving students the opportunity to learn up close and even touch large turtles.
