Celebrating the Heart of Summer: Honoring PEF’s Youth Leaders and Interns
Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF) expressed heartfelt appreciation to the more than 90 Youth Leaders and Interns who dedicated their time and energy to the 2025 Summer Enrichment Program. To recognize their efforts and celebrate the season, PEF hosted a volunteer appreciation ice cream social at Handel’s Ice Cream in Pasadena. Volunteers enjoyed a variety of sweet treats, including hand-packed quarts of Spouse Like a House, freshly spun chocolate milkshakes, and chocolate-dipped waffle bowls topped with maraschino cherries – all courtesy of Handel’s generous support.
