Huntington Middle School Orchestra: Graduation Concert Friday June 1 at Huntington Gardens

The award winning Huntington Middle School Orchestras gave their final performance of the school year on the evening of Friday, June 1, at The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens.  In keeping with this year’s theme of “Con Te Partiro” (“Time to Say Good-bye”), the Orchestras performed at The South Terrace at The Huntington, by special permission.

Huntington School Orchestra celebrated the Chamber and Advanced Orchestras’ outstanding performance at Carnegie Hall, the excellent rating at Disneyland by the Beginning Orchestra, and an awards ceremony for the graduating eighth grade students.  Admission was free and gates opened at 6:30pm, and the concert time started at 7:00pm sharp.  Huntington Middle School families were attended and the school extends its gratitude to the directors and staff of The Huntington for making their wonderful site available to them as a token of their appreciation of the San Marino community.
