Pasadena Unified Sponsors Leadership Training for Parent Leaders

Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) parents who serve on school or district parent leadership committees and councils are invited to attend the district’s Parent Leadership Institute on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Edison Professional Development Center located at 119 W. The day begins with opening remarks by McDonald, followed by a keynote address on collaborative leadership led by Diane Burbie, an experienced facilitator/trainer who has worked with diverse companies and groups on diversity, conflict resolution, leadership styles and organizational communications systems.
