Pawprints 2014 – Clairbourn’s Student Literary Magazine is Here

Clairbourn’s award-winning, student-produced, literary magazine Pawprints 2014 is here! The staff of Pawprints presented the first copy fresh from the presses to Headmaster Dr. Nafie at Chapel on Wednesday, May 14. Check out the full magazine online here at issuu.com/clairbournschool/.

This year’s Pawprints is the biggest and best yet. It contains 60 power-packed pages of poetry, prose, and artwork – all submitted and edited by Clairbourn students. The total number of submissions this year was an astonishing 1,015 and the writing this year was the strongest yet! Every grade and class sent in material and Pawprints is hoping for another national award this year.

Classes that stood out for the most submissions include Mrs. Ryan’s 1st grade class who submitted 93 items, Mrs. Kibbe’s 4A class who submitted 126 items, and Mrs. Halferty’s 4B class won a pizza party for topping the charts at 253 submissions.
