Polytechnic School’s Seventh Grade Walking Trip

Polytechnic School seventh grade walking trip, a long-standing tradition at Poly, is an opportunity for students to experience the many wonderful historic and cultural sites that Downtown Los Angeles has to offer. The Friday before winter break, students and teachers rode the Metro train to Union Station and gathered in their advisory groups. Highlights of the tour include Union Station, The Cathedral of our Lady of the Angels, The Music Center, Disney Hall Gardens, Biddy Mason Park, Bradbury Building, Grand Central Market, downtown library, Bonaventure and Biltmore hotels, Pershing Square, and Olvera Street. Who says no one walks in LA?
