PUSD is proud of its Teacher of the Year Russell Wong of Blair High School.

Los Angeles County Office of Education selects the Teachers of the Year (TOY) annually. These are teachers who represent the best among the 75,000 K-12 educators of the county.

L.A. County TOY competition is the largest in the state and is part of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious honors contest for school teachers. The number of county winners is determined by program rules based on the total number of teachers in the county.
