San Marino High School to Host Titan Mercury Wrestling Club’s Next Level Program

Titan Mercury Wrestling Club is starting their Next Level Program,which is geared for girls ages 8-18, at all levels, who want to learn more about wrestling.

Come to San Marino High School for 6 Saturdays and learn from some of the best women wrestlers in the world. The Next Level Program starts Saturday, March 8th, and runs for 6 weeks. Each training takes place from 10:30 am – 1:00 pm. For a cost of $100, NLP includes 6 sessions of training and a 2 month membership to TMWC (Titan Mercury Wrestling Club – March and April). • March 8th session: Freestyle Rules, Freestyle Base Drills, and Gut-wrench offense * transitions.
• March 15th session: Leg lace & transitions, Takedowns to leg laces, Takedowns to gut-wrenches
• March 22nd session: Bottom defense, Freestyle reversals, Outside leg lifts
• March 29th session: Freestyle throws, Throw defense, Turks
• April 5th, session: Freestyle shot defense, Short Offense, Freestyle practice matches
• April 12th, session: Par Terre offense & defense, Takedown & throws review and Simulation matches.
