Self-Defense Class to Be Taught on Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy Campus

The six-week class will run from January 29 to March 5, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. every Wednesday at Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy. The course will emphasize the use of core and body strength — rather than the upper body — to ward off attackers.
