St. Mark 3rd Graders Create Unique Landforms



In social studies. Grade 3 students began the year learning about the various landforms of our country including mountains, rivers, prairies, oceans, woodlands, and deserts. When it came time to make their landform maps, the students combined their creativity with their Halloween spirit. Each student was assigned a group and a particular landform. Then, each student brought in different types of candy or sweets to represent their individual landform. Here are the map-making results!
