St. Philip the Apostle School and its Falcon Cross-Country Team

St. Philip’s Winning Cross-Country Team is back in action for the summer! Join cross-country and get faster, stronger, build confidence and endurance and, most importantly, have a great time with fellow St. Philip athletes and coaches.

Eligible Runners are Grades 3-8 (yes – that means current second graders are welcome!). First Official Summer Practice: Thursday, June 5th, 6:15 p.m. at the Rose Bowl

Summer Practice Schedule*

Tuesday 6:15-7:15 p.m. – All-Team Practice @ Rose Bowl
Thursday 6:15-7:15 p.m. – All-Team Practice @ Rose Bowl
(“B” and Varsity will end @ 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Saturday 7:45-8:45 a.m. – All-Team Practice @ Eaton Canyon or
Saturday 7:15-8:15 a.m. @ Arroyo Seco on alternating weekends
(Varsity will end 30 minutes later than Novice & “B” on Saturdays)

Falcon runners will compete in two official CYO-sponsored cross-country meets in the fall as well as the internationally famous Mt. SAC Cross-Country Invitational. Two other meets are in the works as well! Be a part of St. Philip the Apostle’s winning team!

*Athletes do not need to attend summer practices to be a part of the team in the fall, but the team encourages all who can make it to attend!
