John Muir High School has a rich history of developing successful student athletes and this recognition by the NFL is proof. In attendance will be Chad Brown and several Muir Alumni. Ricky Ervins will be unable to attend this ceremony but said “My time at Muir was by far the hardest training ever, the way we prepared each day and embraced humility was all part of Coach Brownfield’s program. We strived for perfection every day, no other team in California trained harder which is a huge reason why we won. We were a bunch of disciplined players that weren’t scared of anything except for failure. No excuses, just get it done. This type of thinking carried me all through college and ultimately to the Super Bowl.”

The John Muir High School Alumni Association was established in 2004.The primary purpose of the Alumni Association is to support the academic and extracurricular activities and programs of John Muir High School (JMHS) and its students, financially and otherwise.
