Barker Pacific Group’s 301 N. Lake Ave. Tower In Pasadena Leases Nearly 20,000 SF To Raymond James & Associates

Barker Pacific Group (BPG) announced that the 301 N. Lake Ave. tower building has signed diversified financial firm Raymond James & Associates Inc. to a lease totaling 19,721 square feet.

Raymond James renewed their 8,873-square-foot lease and added a 10,848-square-foot lease, totaling 19,71 square feet, Barker Pacific reported.

The expanded space is located on the 11th floor. The lease includes exterior signage to indicate the building as a Raymond James regional headquarters.

Raymond James was represented by Jon Winnek of Cushman & Wakefield.

Scott Unger of Kidder Matthews managed the leasing effort for 301 N. Lake Ave., a 227,019-square-foot class A office building owned and professionally managed by BPG.

With the new leases, 301 N. Lake Ave. is 84 percent occupied.

Commanding a preferred site just off the I-210 freeway and convenient to all downtown Pasadena has to offer, the tower is located on Lake Avenue, one of Pasadena’s most prominent and active thoroughfares.
