“It has been an honor to serve as Board President during such an important chapter for Friends In Deed,” said outgoing Board President Bret Schaefer. “I am deeply grateful to our staff, volunteers, donors, and fellow board members for their dedication to our neighbors. I leave this role with confidence that Leslie’s leadership, along with the experience Joan and Jessie bring, will help Friends In Deed continue to grow in compassion, dignity, and connection.”
