City of South Pasadena Offers Affordable Housing Rental Home

The City of South Pasadena announced Saturday morning the availability of an affordable rental home in the City of South Pasadena. Applications are being taken for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath house located at 308 San Pascual Avenue, next to the Arroyo Seco Park.

The property is a single-family home owned by the City’s Housing Authority and is available to qualified low- or moderate-income families. Applicants must meet the Los Angeles County income limits based upon the size of the household.
