Three suspects remain at large following an armed robbery at a business in the 2700 block of East Colorado Boulevard on Sunday afternoon, according to Pasadena Police Lieutenant Monica Cuellar.

Officers responded to the scene at approximately 2:37 p.m. after receiving reports of a robbery involving a handgun, Cuellar said. By the time police arrived, the suspects had already fled.

According to Cuellar, the cashier  — identified as a 40-year-old man from San Gabriel — told officers that two adult white men, both believed to be in their twenties, approached the business. One suspect entered and confronted the cashier, while the second stood outside as a lookout. The suspect inside produced a handgun and demanded cash from the register. Fearing for his safety, the victim complied, Cuellar said.

After obtaining an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency, both suspects exited the business and entered a waiting vehicle driven by a third suspect, also described as an adult white man in his twenties, Cuellar said. All three suspects then left the scene. No injuries were reported, and no shots were fired during the incident, according to Cuellar.
