
The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Valley Area Chamber Executives, will present a free webinar Tuesday at 2 p.m. on customer service and emotional intelligence.
The program, Customer Service: Emotional Intelligence and Client Satisfaction Webinar, will be led by Phlunté Riddle, Psy.D.

The session is open to the public and will explore how emotional intelligence can enhance client satisfaction.
Riddle, founder and president of Phlunté E. Riddle Leadership Consultants, has extensive experience in public service and leadership. She served with the Pasadena Police Department as Chief’s Adjutant, Special Projects and Support Operations Lieutenant. She later worked as Political Director and District Director for Assemblymember Chris Holden and sat on the Board of Juvenile Hearings for the State of California.
Her academic background includes a Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate Institute, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of La Verne.
The webinar is part of the Biz Boost series organized by San Gabriel Valley Area Chambers. Participating chambers include Pasadena, South Pasadena, Rosemead, San Dimas, the Regional Chamber of the San Gabriel Valley, El Monte/South El Monte, La Verne and Altadena.
Valley Area Chamber Executives (VACE), an informal coalition of chamber staff leaders, meets monthly to discuss issues of mutual concern. The group collaborates on regional mixers and showcase events, supports each other with ideas and assistance, and often focuses on brainstorming ways to enhance the chamber experience for members.
