The City Council is dark on Monday and just 10 meetings are left this year.
The City Council is scheduled to convene next on Sept. 29. The council will conduct a public hearing on the draft consolidated annual performance and evaluation report (2024-2025 Program Year) for projects funded from Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Home Investment Partnership Act.
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is an assessment of the City’s activity performance funded by the three HUD formula grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME); and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). The CAPER describes the City’s performance for all HUD formula grant programs with respect to meeting the objectives and goals established in the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan and in the corresponding Annual Action Plan.
The City Council will be dark just four more times this year, Oct. 13, Dec. 1, Dec. 22 and 29.
