Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County will bring its Legacy Summit to First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena, 3700 E. Sierra Madre Blvd., on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., according to the event listing published by the nonprofit.
The morning opens with a combined Estate Planning 101 session from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. From 11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., attendees pick up a to-go lunch box and can sign up for a same-day counseling session.
Separate group workshops run from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., and a combined closing session ends the day from 1:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Attendees select a workshop when they register. The listing offers Homebuyer and Real Estate 101, Don’t Move, Improve!, and Small Business Estate Planning, each in English and Spanish.
Registration also asks whether the attendee wants one-on-one pre-qualification assistance, and lists English, Spanish and Korean as preferred languages.
Breakfast and lunch will be served, the nonprofit said in the listing, which it last updated July 16.
