Four suspects remain at large after an armed robbery at a business in the 1200 block of North Lake Avenue on Tuesday night, according to Pasadena Police Lieutenant Anthony Russo.
Russo said officers responded at about 8:55 p.m. to a panic alarm at the location. Upon arrival, police found three victims — a 26-year-old Hispanic man from Los Angeles, a 45-year-old white man from Alhambra, and a 40-year-old Hispanic woman from Pasadena. The victims reported that four men entered the business, demanded money from a safe, and fled with more than $3,000 in cash.
According to Russo, two of the suspects were armed with handguns, which they pointed at the victims during the robbery. No injuries were reported.
All four suspects were described as men in their 20s to 30s with thin builds, last seen wearing dark-colored hoodies and blue medical masks.
Russo confirmed the incident targeted the business rather than individuals. He said it was unclear whether surveillance footage was available and no vehicle description was provided. “There were no statements made by the suspects beyond targeting the safe,” Russo said.
