Fuller Seminary’s Thrive Center Offers Free Holiday Wellness Calendar

Initiative aims to help community navigate seasonal stress with research-backed approach

Fuller Theological Seminary’s Thrive Center has launched a free daily companion calendar designed to help people maintain calm and intentionality during the 2024 holiday season.

The calendar, available for immediate download, guides individuals seeking tranquility during what can be a stressful time of year. It builds on the center’s established reputation for blending psychological science with spiritual wisdom.

The initiative comes from Fuller’s Thrive Center for Human Development, an applied research center studying pressing issues of spiritual health and thriving in a pluralistic world. The center has developed a research-backed, six-part THRIVE framework that explores components of healthy spirituality.

The calendar complements the center’s existing wellness resources, including its “With & For” podcast featuring expert conversations on spiritual health, wholeness, and thriving.

This latest offering aligns with the seminary’s broader community engagement efforts in Pasadena, where it has operated since 1947.
