No injuries were reported after gunfire was reported near the Eaton Dam Stables in Pasadena on Saturday afternoon, officials said.
A witness reported the shooting just after 4:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of New York Drive, Pasadena police Lt. Anthony Burgess said.
A car described as a silver, newer-model, four-door Nissan pulled up near the stables and an occupant inside fired a single shot, Burgess said.
The car was last seen speeding east along New York Drive from Eaton Canyon Drive, according to the lieutenant.
