‘Industrious’ Office Campus Opening at Former Corporate Center Pasadena Site

[Updated]  A new 39,000-square-foot office campus is preparing to get down to business on the site of what was formerly known as the Corporate Center  Pasadena later this summer.

Industrious Pasarroyo will occupy two floors of the ten-story building at 251 South Lake Ave., which was purchased by Coretrust Capital partners two years ago, according to the company.

The latest addition to Industrious’ nationwide network of office campuses is expected to open its doors in early-August, Industrious Pasadena Community Manager Michelle Roy said.

“Industrious has been in Downtown Los Angeles since 2016 and we’ve seen strong demand from our existing members for locations in surrounding business centers, like Pasadena,” Industrious Regional Manager Mark Hamblin said in a written statement when the deal was approved late last year.

“Our ongoing relationship with Coretrust Capital Partners led us to Corporate Center Pasadena and we’re proud to be expanding our presence in this growing business hub,” he said.

The Lake Avenue facility will house 128 offices ranging in size from one-person workspaces to office suites, Roy said. It will be able to seat 552 people.

Amenities offered will include a wellness room, unlimited color printing, private conference rooms, fast and secure Wi-Fi connections, office supplies, daily breakfast and craft coffee, professional cleaning and an “inspiring member community,”according to a statement from Industrious.

And that’s only the start.

The company has another 27,000-square-foot office complex in the works at One Colorado. An opening date of the new campus, to be called Industrious Old Pasadena, has yet to be announced.
