The professional athletes led a lively Q&A session, sharing personal stories about their journey into soccer, training routines, and the importance of balancing academics with athletics. Their advice resonated with the young athletes, many of whom aspire to play professionally.
Following the discussion, Nava and Mihali? signed jerseys, posed for photos, and spent time engaging with the teams. The visit culminated in a generous donation of brand-new soccer balls, practice goals, pinnies, cones, and other essential equipment aimed at enhancing Villa Parke’s training program.
Koko Panossian, director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, described the visit as beginning with a lively Q&A session. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department expressed appreciation to LAFC and Lexus for their commitment to empowering local youth through sport, noting that the investment “reinforces the importance of mentorship and community involvement,” according to the department.

A group photo captured Villa Parke youth soccer players, coaches, and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department staff gathered together to commemorate the occasion.
The visit left a lasting impression on the young players, reminding them that with dedication and support, their goals—on and off the field—are within reach.
