Lee & Associates Opens Pasadena Office

Lee and Associates, which says it is the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, has opened an office in Pasadena.

“We have been looking for the proper talent to fill a void in this specific area to improve our Southern California outreach, particularly with office and retail clients,” said Jeffrey Rinkov, CEO of Lee and Associates. “This region and market is extremely important for our clients and our brokers, and provides a key location for brokerage opportunities and expansion. And while Lee and Associates has been engaged in extensive expansion outside of California, we will move on strategic opportunities that are meaningful to our clients whenever they arise.”

Christopher Larimore, a senior vice president and shareholder in the company’s Industry office, will lead the Pasadena office, located at 155 N. Lake Avenue.

Larimore has been with the company since 2002 and founded The Office Market Group San Gabriel Valley. He specializes in sales and leasing of office, medical and neighborhood retail properties in the San Gabriel Valley and Greater Los Angeles.

“Pasadena is a crucial market due to its central location within Los Angeles County,” said Larimore. “With over 50 million square feet of non-industrial commercial properties located within this city, there are only a small handful of full service commercial brokerage firms operating inside this city. The solution was to maintain the innovative culture at Lee and Associates and bring it to Pasadena.”

With the new Pasadena office, Lee and Associates now has 27 offices in California.
