Mijares Lunch Buffet: A Lunch Trifecta

Monday – Friday Mijares offers a lunch buffet for only $9.50 that can satisfy your every dining whim. Like enchiladas? They’ve got them. Tacos with your choice of fillings? No problem.  Tostadas with no beans, extra cheese, easy on the rice, chicken breast, lots of lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream a bit of dressing? It’s yours.

Fresh ingredients freshly made and waiting for you to enjoy, that’s what Mijares lunch buffet is all about. Starting at the beginning of the buffet is the soup of the day anything from abondigas to lentil. Next choose your holder, tostada bowls, hard taco shells, soft taco shells, chips whatever makes you happy. Now comes the fun part, fill your chosen container with rice, beans, chicken breast, picada, carne asada, or pork.

Top your masterpiece with any number of choices from shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, salad dressing whatever your taste buds fancy. Add a fresh salad, fresh fruit, potato salad or bean salad. It’s a fiesta on a plate and all ready for you to eat in under five minutes! But don’t leave without having dessert. Flan, and a variety of cakes are there for the tasting.

With all this variety lunch will never be boring again. Mijares lunch buffet is offered Monday – Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. And now for the good part it’s only $9.50 per person. A fast food joint would cost almost that for a lousy burger and fries.
