Mild Memorial Day, But Heat Will Build Throughout the Week

National Weather Service forecasters predict a warming trend for Pasadena this week, with temperatures climbing from Monday’s comfortable 76 degrees to near 90 degrees by Friday.

Memorial Day will feature patchy morning fog clearing to pleasant conditions. Light south-southwest winds around 5 mph will accompany the holiday weather.

The warming trend begins Tuesday with temperatures heading to 80 degrees as morning fog gives way to afternoon sunshine.

Wednesday maintains an 80-degree high before Thursday jumps to 85 degrees.

Friday marks the week’s peak with 90-degree temperatures under sunny skies, representing a 14-degree increase from Monday’s high.

No precipitation is expected throughout the extended forecast period, continuing the region’s typical late-spring dry pattern. Wind conditions remain light and variable, generally staying around 5 mph.

Weekend temperatures will stay well above normal, with Saturday reaching 87 degrees despite patchy fog and partly sunny skies. Sunday brings slight cooling to 83 degrees.

Early June outlook suggests temperatures will moderate slightly from Friday’s peak but remain above normal, with continued dry conditions and periodic morning fog.
