New Life Assembly of God, a long-standing community pillar in Pasadena, California, has revealed plans for its annual Vacation Bible School, set for July 10-14. The event offers a safe, educational and family-oriented environment for children aged five to 12.
Scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon daily at the church’s premises on 330 North Hill Avenue, the week-long program aims to instill biblical values in young minds. An engaging curriculum, coupled with a complimentary lunch, forms part of the event’s offerings.
The Vacation Bible School represents a cherished yearly tradition for the New Life Assembly of God community, the church having served Pasadena since 1944. This year’s event upholds the church’s enduring mission of disseminating God’s love.
Said Rev. Ken Joe, the lead pastor of New Life Assembly of God, “New Life Assembly of God is thrilled to present this free Vacation Bible School to our neighbors and the surrounding community.” He added, “We are excited to welcome children from all backgrounds and walks of life to come and have a fantastic time while learning about God’s love.”
Attendees of the Vacation Bible School can anticipate a variety of engaging activities including music, arts and crafts, puppetry and games. Volunteer guides, committed to providing a memorable and enriching experience, will shepherd children through these age-appropriate activities.
Registration for the event is now open, with parents urged to promptly secure a spot due to limited availability. Though admission is free, New Life Assembly of God welcomes voluntary donations of $25 per child, aiming to bolster the continuation of the program and additional community outreach initiatives.
