One Colorado, a prominent shopping, dining and entertainment destination in the heart of Old Pasadena, announced Thursday it will add four new tenants—rag & bone, Sundays, Monarch Athletic Club and Thaim—between winter and early 2026.
These additions are in addition to the anticipated fall opening of elevated Mexican restaurant JAVIER’S.
Fashion label rag & bone is scheduled to open next to Nike in winter in a 2,422-square-foot space. Founded in New York in 2002, the brand fuses British tailoring with urban design to create “a versatile and understated wardrobe that embodies the genuine confidence of today’s creative class,” according to brand materials.
Sundays, a Vancouver-based furniture company, will open late in the year between Gorjana and Salt & Straw. The 1,286-square-foot showroom will feature a curated selection of modern pieces crafted with solid woods, stain-resistant fabrics and modular designs. The brand offers free delivery, white glove assembly and swatch sampling.
Monarch Athletic Club, co-founded in 2020 by Ryan M. Greene, will debut in early 2026 in a 7,964-square-foot facility beneath Industrious. The wellness center integrates preventive medicine, nutrition, mental health and training, with recovery amenities such as infrared saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and cold plunges.
Members will receive personalized care from coaches and medical professionals.
Thaim, a modern Thai restaurant developed by restaurateur Tammy Boonlieng and partner Siriporn Chokpanichsiri, will open next to Paper Rice in a 1,341-square-foot space in early 2026. It will offer dine-in, takeout, catering and delivery services. The duo previously founded Sweet Maple and U :Dessert Story, and Boonlieng is CEO of Thai oat milk brand UOAT.
Spanning 240,000 square feet over about one and a half city blocks, One Colorado blends historic architecture and modern retail, with tenants like Nike by Pasadena, Vuori and Sephora. Its cobblestone alleys and central courtyard host year-round community events including movie nights, cultural festivals and art markets.
