The Pasadena Housing Department closed its public lobby from Aug. 25 through Aug. 29 as it prepares to relocate to a new office space, according to a notice posted on the department’s website.
“Our lobby will be closed to the public the week of August 25–29. You may still reach staff during this time by email and telephone,” the department stated.
The department will reopen Tuesday, Sept. 2 at its new location: 199 South Los Robles Avenue Suite 450. The move marks a transition from its previous office at 100 North Garfield AvenueSuite N306.

Regular lobby hours at the new location will be Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 5:00 p.m. The office will remain closed to in-person visitors on Fridays. These hours apply only to in-person lobby access; staff remain reachable by phone and email throughout the week.
Parking options near the new office include metered street parking on Euclid Avenue and Los Robles Avenue. Additional paid parking is available beneath the building at a rate of $2 per 15 minutes. Public parking is also accessible at the Paseo garage located at Green Street and Los Robles Avenue.
