
Pasadena residents can receive a free oil filter in exchange for a used one during a city-sponsored event on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 9;00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at AutoZone, 550 North Lake Avenue while supplies last.
The Pasadena Department of Public Works is hosting the Oil Filter Exchange Event to promote responsible recycling and vehicle maintenance. Participants are encouraged to bring used oil filters and will receive a new replacement filter at no cost. Free oil recycling kits will also be available while supplies last.
The initiative aims to reduce environmental waste and support proper disposal of automotive materials, according to a flyer issued by the Pasadena Department of Public Works. For more information, residents may call (626) 744-7311.
