
Pasadena city leaders will host a neighborhood meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, at the Washington Park Community House, 700 E. Washington Blvd. to discuss ongoing efforts and strategies to improve the Lake Avenue and Washington Boulevard area.
Business owners and residents in the area have expressed concerns about the growing homeless population in the area.
Mayor Victor Gordo, Vice Mayor Jess Rivas and Councilmember Justin Jones are scheduled to attend the meeting, which aims to bring residents and city officials together for dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
City officials are encouraging community members to participate in the conversation and help shape the future of the neighborhood.
