Pasadena Planning Commission to Review Fair Oaks/Orange Grove Specific Plan Update

Pasadena’s Planning Commission will gather community input on the Fair Oaks/Orange Grove Specific Plan update during a study session next week. The October 22 meeting aims to collect feedback that will shape the final specific plan for the neighborhood.

The Planning Commission and public will have an opportunity to comment on background information, vision, goals, and policies during the session. Development standards and public realm considerations will also be examined. The feedback received will inform the preparation of the FOOG Specific Plan.

This is an information item only; no decision will be made at the October 22 session.

The study session takes place Wednesday, October 22 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall’s Council Chambers, Room S249, located at 100 N. Garfield Avenue.

Pasadena residents can participate in multiple ways. Interested persons may submit correspondence to commentsPC@cityofpasadena.net prior to the start of the meeting. Members of the public may also provide live public comment during the meeting and prior to the close of the public hearing. Instructions on how to provide live public comment will be included in the posted agenda.
