The Pasadena Public Health Department Vital Records public counter is reopening on today at 1845 North Fair Oaks Avenue.

The vital records office will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. that day, providing essential documentation services to community members.

In response to the Eaton Fire emergency, City officials have implemented fee waivers for birth and death records, specifically targeting affected residents seeking to replace crucial documents.

The Pasadena Public Health Department requires residents seeking fee waivers to appear in person at the vital records office and complete an affidavit verifying their eligibility for the program.

City officials have directed residents seeking additional information about vital records services to visit the department’s dedicated web portal at Bit.ly/PPHD-VitalRecords for complete details.
