Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) is inviting its residential and commercial customers to a virtual Water Town Hall community meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m. The meeting will be held on Zoom and will provide an opportunity for customers to ask questions and join the discussion.

Assistant General Managers Lynne Chaimowitz, Finance and Administration, and Stacie Takeguchi, Water, are scheduled to lead a presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. The meeting aims to educate customers about various aspects of water services, including its source, delivery process, cost recovery, and sustainability measures.

The discussion will delve into where the water comes from, what it takes to deliver it, how costs are recovered, and how PWP ensures sustainable and reliable delivery of safe, high-quality water services into the future.

For accessibility information or to request an accommodation, customers are requested to contact (626) 744-7311 or CSC@cityofpasadena.net. Providing at least 72 hours advance notice will help ensure availability.
