
Pasadena Water and Power will temporarily suspend access to its MyMeter Customer Portal and the MyPWP Mobile Application for scheduled system maintenance on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight, the utility announced.
During the four-hour maintenance window, customers will be unable to access online account services, including bill payment, usage tracking, and service requests, according to a public service announcement posted by Pasadena Water and Power on its official X (formerly Twitter) account.
The scheduled outage is part of Pasadena Water and Power’s routine system upgrades.
