Pasadena’s Integrity College of Health Opens Enrollment for Sterile Processing Technician Program

Integrity College of Health in Pasadena is now enrolling students for its Sterile Processing Technician Program, a short-term training option the school says can be completed in less than nine months. The announcement was submitted by Integrity College of Health.

The Pasadena campus describes the program as preparation for entry?level sterile processing roles in hospitals and surgical centers, where technicians clean, sterilize, assemble, store and distribute reusable surgical instruments and medical equipment.

According to the school’s statement, the training covers infection control, safety practices, documentation and the full instrument cycle from decontamination through sterilization, storage and distribution.

Integrity College of Health reports that the program is delivered in a hybrid format combining online coursework with on?campus lab instruction and an externship component. The school also cites support services including job placement assistance and federal financial aid for those who qualify.

Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and are prepared to take the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) exam through HSPA, the school said.

Integrity College of Health is located at 1460 N. Lake Avenue, Suite 102, in Pasadena. Walk?ins are accepted, and the school notes that free parking is available behind the building with access from E. Rio Grande Street.
