The Pasadena Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Miguel Angel Rocha, a 38-year-old man whom police have classified as a critical missing person. He was last seen Saturday evening near Robinson Park.
Rocha was last seen at about 7:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, in the area of Robinson Park, police said. He was wearing a red T-shirt and dark-colored shorts.
Rocha is developmentally delayed and has a history of depression, according to police. He does not have a cellphone and does not drive or use public transportation.
He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 260 pounds.
Anyone with information that can assist in safely locating Rocha is asked to call 911 or the Pasadena Police Department at 626-744-4241.
