Results, Referrals, Rewards, Repeat — Pasadena Chamber Offers a Free Hour of Customer-Service Secrets

A Pasadena consultant whose customer-service work has played a role with the American Dental Association’s practice-management advisory group will spend an hour Thursday, June 11, teaching Pasadena Chamber of Commerce members and the general public — for free — what she has learned about keeping customers coming back. 

Denise Williams-Jones, founder and owner of the Pasadena-based firm Next Level to Success, headlines the June installment of the Pasadena Chamber’s monthly BizBoost webinar series at 4 p.m. via Zoom. 

Her session is titled “Customer Service: Results, Referrals, Rewards, Repeat” and includes a question-and-answer segment with Williams-Jones following the presentation, according to the Chamber.

In a 2023 interview with Voyage LA Magazine, Williams-Jones said her focus on customer service grew out of her work in Southern California dental practices. 

“I realized in working in these offices I have a passion and commitment to customer service. I think it is the backbone of a business,” she said. 

Pasadena Chamber President and Chief Executive Paul Little said in the program announcement that he was “so pleased that Denise Williams-Jones will share her knowledge and experience for our June BizBoost webinar,” describing her as “a dynamic speaker with wonderful insights based on real-world experience working with customers and businesses.” 

BizBoost runs the second Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. and is free and open to Chamber members and the general public. The series is a collaboration of the Pasadena Chamber with the chambers of Alhambra, Azusa, Claremont, Covina, Duarte, El Monte/South El Monte, Irwindale, La Verne, the Regional Chamber of the San Gabriel Valley, Rosemead, San Dimas, South Pasadena and Temple City, along with the Small Business Development Center and Women’s Business Center at PCC.
