DESCRIPTION
Project consists of the exterior enclosure and interior build-out of the new rose bowl press box. Selective site work & site utilities will be required for tihs pacakge, as well as complete MEPFS systems.

Swinerton Builders requires all subcontractors to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds from a US Treasury listed surety. Premium cost to be included in bid as a separate line item.
