The Rose Bowl Institute will host its 7th Annual Women’s Empowerment Symposium virtually from Nov. 4 to Nov. 6, offering free access to sessions on its proprietary platform and website.

Designed to uplift and inspire the next generation, the three-day event highlights female leadership, sportsmanship and citizenship with an engaging slate of speakers and interactive activities.

“The Women’s Empowerment Symposium is about more than inspiration, it’s about empowerment through connection,” said Lauren Hall, Programs Director for the Rose Bowl Institute. “By celebrating the incredible women who lead and uplift others in every field and every stage of life, we remind ourselves of the power that comes from supporting one another and creating a lasting impact.”

This year’s symposium features notable voices in athletics and education, including two-time Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion Abby Wambach, interviewed by fellow two-time Olympic gold medalist and former U.S. Women’s National Team member Julie Foudy; April Guidone, chief operating officer of SMAC Entertainment; and Jessica Hammond-Graf, president of Women’s Elite Rugby. Together, they will inspire young people to pursue their dreams and offer practical insights for success.

Each day features two engaging panels and a keynote address, followed by live Q&A sessions designed to foster connection and continued learning.

Registration is open and free to the public, allowing broad access for attendees locally and internationally. To register for this event, visit the Rose Bowl Institute website.

Past Symposium speakers have included Olympic gold medalists, Hollywood activists, global policymakers and pioneers in women’s sports, such as Simone Biles, Brandi Chastain, Madeleine Albright and Coach Valorie Kondos-Field.

Over the past six years, the event has reached participants in more than 44 U.S. states and 29 countries.
