The Rose Bowl Quarterbacks Club will open its 2026-27 season at noon Thursday, Sept. 17, with a conversation featuring sportscasters Linda Cohn and Neil Everett in the Rose Bowl Stadium’s new Field Club.
The Pasadena club’s speaker calendar closes its regular season Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2027, with a luncheon featuring FOX Sports’ Joel Klatt and Jenny Taft. The two events bookend a five-date season that a Club statement said will draw voices from sports and entertainment, including former players, coaches, media personalities and community leaders.

Appearing at this year’s first meet, Cohn joined ESPN in 1992 and anchored more editions of “SportsCenter” than anyone in the network’s history. She retired from ESPN on June 30 after 34 years. She is the author of a 2008 memoir, “Cohn-Head: A No-Holds-Barred Account of Breaking Into the Boys’ Club.”
Everett anchored ESPNEWS and “SportsCenter” from 2000 to 2023 and moved to ESPN’s Los Angeles production facility in 2009. Before joining the network, he spent 15 years in Honolulu television, including as sports director and weekday anchor at KGMB-TV.
Klatt, a former starting quarterback at the University of Colorado, is FOX Sports’ lead college football game analyst, working alongside play-by-play announcer Gus Johnson. Taft, a longtime FOX Sports reporter and host and a former collegiate athlete, has covered college football, international soccer and major network events including the recent FIFA World Cup and is the lead sideline reporter alongside Johnson and Klatt on what the release called the network’s top college football team.
Doors for the September event open at 11:45 a.m., with the program starting at noon. The January luncheon has doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and a 6 p.m. start. Three additional dates — Thursday, Oct. 15; Nov. 18; and Thursday, Dec. 3 — appear on the schedule without announced speakers.
Tickets are $50 per event and must be purchased in advance. Each event has a limited capacity, and no walk-up sales will be permitted, the release said. Information is available at rosebowlqbclub.com.
Additional speakers will be announced at a later date, according to the release.
