The search in mountains north of Pasadena for a 65-year-old hiker missing since Saturday intensified as Altadena Sheriff’s deputies were joined by numerous rescue agencies Monday.
The Altadena Mountain Rescue Team along with Sierra Madre Search & Rescue Team, San Dimas Search & Rescue Team, and San Bernardino County Search & Rescue Team have combined and continue to search for missing hiker Albert Zisook.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Air 5 and UAS cadre (Unmanned Aerial System) has also joined the search for the missing hiker.
Albert Zisook was last seen around 6 a.m. on Saturday near Chaney Trail and Loma Alta Drive in Altadena, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Zisook is described as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. He has gray hair, blue eyes, and glasses.
