The City Manager’s Office in South Pasadena has introduced a Social Services Resource Guide, which includes a list of providers and resources that can be utilized by community members. Many of the resources are County or regional providers and therefore are valid resources for Pasadena residents, as well.
Although South Pasadena is not a direct Social Service provider, the city formed a Social Services Task Force to gather staff and partner agencies that offer services to the community.
The Resource Guide provides contact information, direct links, and scannable QR codes for social services providers that serve the city of South Pasadena. The document includes several resources, such as Mental Health Services, Veterans Resources, Domestic Abuse Assistance, Educational Resources, Homeless Outreach/Services, Suicide Awareness, Employment Resources, Renter/Tenant’s Resources, Senior Resources, Social Justice Organizations, and Hotlines. The aim of the Guide is to enhance and maximize the available resources for the South Pasadena community.
The Guide is accessible for viewing and download through this link, available at all South Pasadena City public counters, and on the South Pasadena City Website at https://www.southpasadenaca.gov/i-want-to/social-services. For questions, feedback, and to suggest additions,
