Tax Authority Named Partner of Pasadena’s Largest Accounting Firm

Leslie Sobol, CPA, has been named a partner of the accounting firm of Lucas Horsfall it was announced today by Mike Amerio, the firm’s managing partner.

“Leslie Sobol brings to our practice an impressive tax background and many years of professional experience in both industry and public accounting, with special strength in mid-size, closely-held businesses,” Amerio said.

Sobol is a professor of taxation at California State University Northridge who holds business degrees from CSUN and also studied at the University of Copenhagen. She grew up in the San Fernando Valley and is a resident of La Cañada Flintridge.

Lucas Horsfall is a 50-person, 54-year-old firm offering general accounting services, audit, income tax and business advisory services to privately-held companies. It is ranked the 29th largest accounting firm in Los Angeles County by The Los Angeles Business Journal Book of Lists, and the largest in the West San Gabriel Valley. Its headquarters is in Pasadena.
