The Langham Huntington, Pasadena hotel donated more than 5,000 N95 Respirator Masks to Huntington Hospital on Friday.
The hospital has put out the call for help to address supply shortages in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Langham hotel’s management said in a statement it wanted to give back to this community-focused regional medical center in a meaningful way.
A hospital statement explained that “generous donations support Huntington Hospital healthcare providers access critical supplies.”

“We are grateful for The Langham Huntington’s valuable donation of N95 masks to our hospital. Our caregivers are on the front line of this pandemic, and these supplies are crucial for not only their personal safety, but the health and well-being of our patients and colleagues,” a hospital spokesperson said.
“Pasadena is a strong community. We are fighting COVID-19 together and are thankful for this donation, as well as the outpour of donations we are receiving. Please check our website for updated needs at www.huntingtonhospital.org/
In an earlier statement the hospital said members of the public can drop off pre-approved medical supplies to our donation collection center: Huntington Collection, 766 S. Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena (parking lot access off Fillmore), Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.”
“If you live out of the area or are unable to drop off at the donation center, you can donate any of the above supplies via a shipment. Please email purchasing@huntingtonhospital.
